Byrne Malone was founded by Finbarr Malone and Peter Byrne who share a vision to provide home owners with a unique property marketing service that delivers better results and a seamless, hassle-free property sales experience. Today our agency comprises a vibrant team of experienced property professionals delivering property marketing services throughout Dublin and Kildare.

DIRECTOR
Finbarr is a passionate people-person and thrives on meeting new people and helping them to right-size or buy their first home. He is the Co-Director/Owner of Byrne Malone with Peter Byrne, as well as an energetic sales agent who looks after properties in the Naas and Newbridge areas. Hailing from nearby Caragh and enjoying a generational history of family businesses in both Naas and Newbridge he offers local insight valued by people looking to call the area home. Above all, he is proud that Byrne Malone has carved out a niche in the property market for operating at the highest standards and providing a unique selling experience for clients. According to Finbarr, as the saying goes, when you love what you do, you’ll never work a day in your life! When he isn’t supporting home owners with a premier property experience, Finbarr can be found “chauffeuring” and cheering on his three teenage boys at their sporting matches.
DIRECTOR
Peter just loves to make people happy and gets great satisfaction from seeing the smile on people’s faces when he hands over the keys to their new home. With Finbarr Malone, Peter is Co-Director/Owner of Byrne Malone and is responsible for valuations, listings and property viewings, sales negotiations and progressions. Peter looks after properties in Dublin 24 and Naas areas, When he isn’t providing a unique property experience for vendors and buyers, Peter enjoys sport, films, walks in the countryside with his family and travel opportunities that allow him to explore the beauty of Ireland and countries abroad.
Senior Sales Director
Based in our Naas office and originally from nearby Kilcullen, our Senior Sales Director Ciara, is genuinely passionate about what she does and brings extensive experience from many years in the Dublin property market. Ciara’s ultimate pleasure comes from delivering outstanding client experiences for both sellers and buyers. Her reputation is for her results-driven mindset and a patient, personalized approach. An outstanding communicator, Ciara is known for her direct approach and is always available to provide expert guidance on any array of matters in our clients’ property journey!
Having only joined the team late in 2024, Ciara has found a sense of home in Byrne Malone’s tight-knit, team-oriented culture. Day to day, Ciara looks after valuations for those thinking of selling, listings, property prep and advice, sales negotiations and progression. Away from work, Ciara loves spending time outdoors while balancing a busy home life as a Mum.
Home Staging &
Styling Specialist
Anne Marie relishes the satisfaction she gets from helping people find their dream home sell their property for a competitive price. She is passionate about building relationships with her clients and enjoys writing detailed descriptions that showcase her properties and staging homes to boost their appeal. She also conducts property viewings and is dedicated to providing clients with a seamless, hassle-free property experience. Anne Marie works from the Newbridge office of Byrne Malone and has fantastic knowledge of the local area including schools, shopping centres and transport links. In her free time, she enjoys going for walks, reading and planning her next holiday.
Financial Controller
Sinéad knows just how exciting buying or selling a property can be, but also understands it can come with a little anxiety. That’s why she loves supporting property buyers and sellers throughout the sales process with a friendly, responsive and transparent approach that puts minds at ease. She relishes Byrne Malone’s team-oriented focus that sees everyone working together to create an exceptional property experience for their clients. Sinéad’s responsibilities include issuing sales advice notes and client agreements, CRM management, producing sales materials, liaising with the PSA, as well as banking and finance. In her spare time, Sinéad enjoys reading, walking and cheering her kids on from the side-line in their football matches.
Client Executive
Helen Nugent has slowly built a reputation in the real estate industry, with several years’ experience in both lettings and sales. Her true passion lies in helping people find the perfect home, guiding them through every step of the process with expertise and dedication. From the initial search to the final closing, Helen ensures a seamless and supportive experience for our clients.
Beyond her professional life, Helen has a love for golf, enjoying the challenge, strategy, and camaraderie that the sport brings. Whether on the fairway or in the housing market, she approaches everything with enthusiasm and commitment.
Viewing Specialist
Annemarie loves meeting new people at property viewings. She is often the first friendly face from Byrne Malone to greet viewers at open properties in Kildare, especially those located in the Newbridge area. She is an enthusiastic host at property viewings and loves to showcase the special features and interiors of each unique home, as well as sharing her insights into the local area. After 16 years working as Personal Assistant to the Managing Director of Green Isle Foods, Annemarie brings exceptional skills in planning, organisation and time management to Byrne Malone which provides clients with peace-of-mind their viewings are run to very high standards. In her spare time, Annemarie loves hiking, walking her dog and sipping on a hot cup of coffee. At weekends, she is a staunch supporter of her Gaelic football playing sons.
Viewing Specialist
Deirdre Power loves to host property viewings for the chance to chat and listen to people as they explore their potential new homes. She really enjoys working as part of the Byrne Malone team, which she says is a people-centred company and dedicated to ensuring clients enjoy an experience which is as positive and stress-free as possible. Deirdre is also a Special Needs Assistant and works with children in a local primary school. In her spare time, Deirdre enjoys walking and with friends and family.
